确定认知障碍和早期脑血管病变以及其他慢性疾病的发生和进展的独特环境危险因素、遗传危险因素和环境相互作用，调查认知障碍和早期脑血管病变的危险因素、发现新的生物标志物、为开发干预措施提供基础。  

Objectives of Study：

Identify unique environmental risk factors, genetic risk factors, and environmental interactions for the onset and progression of cognitive impairment and early cerebrovascular disease and other chronic diseases, investigate risk factors for cognitive impairment and early cerebrovascular disease, discover new biomarkers, and provide a basis for the development of interventions.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

50岁以上，汉族，珠海市常居住者，居住时间>10年；
1.无医生诊断的癌症、精神疾病、严重肝病、肾脏疾病、新诊断的痴呆、中风；
2.能正常、独立体检、知情同意、无MRI禁忌症，如幽闭恐怖症；

Inclusion criteria

1.Over 50 years old, Han nationality, regular resident in Zhuhai City, residence time >10 years;
2.Undiagnosed cancer, mental illness, severe liver disease, kidney disease, newly diagnosed dementia, stroke;
3.Normal, independent physical examination, informed consent, no MRI contraindications, such as claustrophobia;

排除标准：

1.严重心脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、胃肠道疾病、急慢性肾病、感染性疾病或精神疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors, gastrointestinal diseases, acute and chronic kidney diseases, infectious diseases or mental illnesses;
