研究目的：

本研究旨在基于个体化理念下确定最小有效喉罩套囊压力，并探讨其对术后咽部并发症的影响，为喉罩在临床麻醉中的使用提供更为安全且有效的方案。  

Objectives of Study：

The object of this study was to determine individualized minimum effective intracuff pressure and explore the postoperative pharyngeal complications. To provide a safer use of the laryngeal mask in clinical anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18-70岁，ASA分级为I～III级的患者。 2.在全麻喉罩插管下接受宫腔镜手术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients were aged 18-70 yr with American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I-III. 2.Patients were scheduled to receive general anesthesia with LMA for hysteroscopic surgeries.

排除标准：

1. 近期有上呼吸道感染史的患者。2.有使用喉罩禁忌症的患者。3.有严重的胃食管反流、吞咽困难或声音嘶哑病史的患者。4.有症状的裂孔疝的患者。5.体重指数＞40kg/m2的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with recent history of upper respiratory tract infection. 2. Patients with contraindications to the use of LMA.3. Patients with ever gastroesophageal reflux disease, dysphagia or hoarseness.4. Patients with symptomatic hiatus hernia.5. Body mass index >40kg/m2.

常规组患者由麻醉医生根据操作说明按标准手法置入喉罩，随后连接麻醉机进行机械通气。用注射器对套囊充气直至喉罩听觉密封无漏气声音后用胶布将喉罩固定。

In routine care group, the LMA was inserted by anesthesiologists with standard maneuver according to LMA practice manual and connected to anesthesia machine. When the LMA cuff was inflated with a syringe to achieve audible seal, it was fixed with adhesive tape.

最小压力组患者，由麻醉医生根据操作说明按标准手法置入喉罩，随后连接麻醉机进行机械通气。用注射器对喉罩套囊充气20ml，然后缓慢向外拉出喉罩直至有明显阻力无法拉出时先将喉罩用胶布固定，再将套囊逐步放气直至喉罩听觉密封无漏气声音。

Intervention：

In minimum pressure group, the LMA was inserted by anesthesiologists with standard maneuver according to LMA practice manual and connected to anesthesia machine. The LMA cuff was inflated with 20ml air. Thereafter, the LMA was pulled out slowly until there was significant resistance and then it was fixed with adhesive tape. Based on premise that LMA was audible seal, the cuff was deflated gradually with a syringe.
