研究目的：

该项目的立项依据和意义在于探究外周血单个核细胞COMT基因、SCN9A基因和OPRM1基因甲基化水平与PONP的关系，为其早期诊断和治疗提供理论依据和临床指导。该项目基于对PONP的临床需求和科学研究的需要，旨在探索一种新的早期诊断和预后评估方法，为临床治疗提供更加精准和有效的指导。  

Objectives of Study：

The basis and significance of the project is to explore the relationship between the methylation level of COMT gene, SCN9 A gene and OPRM1 gene in peripheral blood mononuclear cells and PONP, and to provide theoretical basis and clinical guidance for its early diagnosis and treatment. Based on the clinical needs and scientific research needs of PONP, this project aims to explore a new method for early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation, and provide more accurate and effective guidance for clinical treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1: ? 择期接受胸腔镜下肺癌根治手术； 2: ? 美国麻醉医师协会(American Society of Anesthesiologists, ASA)分级 II 或 III 级； 3: ? 身高 155~185 cm，体重 45~85 kg。

Inclusion criteria

1: Selective thoracoscopic radical surgery for lung cancer; 2: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade II or III; 3: Height: 155-185 cm and Weight: 45-85 kg.

排除标准：

1: 术前左室射血分数<50％； 2: 既往有心脏手术史； 3: 有严重的冠心病、高血压、糖尿病和神 经及精神系统疾病等病史； 4: 严重的肺部或系统性疾病； 5: 已确诊的痴呆症、帕金森病、脑卒中； 6: 长期服用精神类药物； 7: 心传导阻滞等严重心律失常； 8: 甲状腺机能减退； 9: 严重肝、肾 功能不全； 10: 近期服用镇静剂、镇痛药或抗抑郁药。

Exclusion criteria：

1: Preoperative left ventricular ejection fraction < 50 %; 2: Previous history of cardiac surgery; 3: Have a serious history of coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes and neurological and psychiatric diseases; 4: Severe lung or systemic diseases; 5: Dementia, Parkinson 's disease, stroke have been diagnosed; 6: Long-term use of psychotropic drugs; 7: Heart block and other serious arrhythmia; 8: hypothyroidism; 9: Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 10: Recent use of sedatives, analgesics or antidepressants.
