研究目的：

1. 比较干浴加热PRF制备方案与传统PRF制备方案下的生长因子释放量。 2. 探究HL-PRF在难愈性创面中的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Compare the release of growth factors between the dry bath heating PRF preparation scheme and the traditional PRF preparation scheme. 2. Explore the application effect of HL-PRF in difficult to heal wounds.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 难愈性创面患者； 2. 年龄在18周岁及以上者； 3. 知情同意，自愿参与本次研究者； 4. 能持续随访3个月及以上者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with difficult to heal wounds; 2. Individuals aged 18 and above; 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study; 4. Those who can be followed up continuously for 3 months or more

排除标准：

1. 严重感染创面或合并血液性疾病者(如血小板功能障碍、血小板减少性紫癜、严重贫血、再生障碍性贫血、急慢性白血病)； 2. 近3个月使用抗凝药物、免疫抑制剂或糖皮质激素者； 3. 病情危重，生命体征不稳定者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe infection wounds or concomitant hematological diseases (such as platelet dysfunction, thrombocytopenic purpura, severe anemia, aplastic anemia, acute and chronic leukemia); 2. Individuals who have used anticoagulant drugs, immunosuppressants, or glucocorticoids in the past 3 months; 3. Patients with critical illness and unstable vital signs.
