研究目的：

本实验主要目的是针对主流下牙槽神经阻滞方法的优缺点，在应用解剖基础上探索一种新的下牙槽神经阻滞方法，即下颌升支前缘中点为导向的下牙槽神经、舌神经、颊神经联合阻滞麻醉，只需患者小张口，于麻醉侧下颌升支前缘中点进针，对紧张、焦虑、张口受限、舌体肥大的患者均适用，而且小张口更有利于暴露进针区域，进针点靠前，万一发生器械分离，更容易取出分离器械，同时，一次穿刺可以同时麻醉同侧下牙槽神经、舌神经及颊神经。希望通过此实验为临床医生在下牙槽神经麻醉上提供一种新的思路，也希望通过这种麻醉方法让患者可以一次穿刺即可同时麻醉三条神经，以减轻患者麻醉注射的痛苦，提高患者麻醉注射的体验感受。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this experiment is to explore a new method of inferior alveolar nerve block based on applied anatomy, targeting the advantages and disadvantages of mainstream inferior alveolar nerve block methods. This method is a combined block anesthesia of inferior alveolar nerve, lingual nerve, and buccal nerve guided by the midpoint of the anterior edge of the mandibular ascending branch. The patient only needs to open the small opening and inject the needle at the midpoint of the anterior edge of the mandibular ascending branch on the anesthesia side. It is suitable for patients with tension, anxiety, restricted opening, and enlarged tongue. The small opening is more conducive to exposing the injection area, and the injection point is forward. In case of instrument separation, it is easier to remove the separating instrument. At the same time, a single puncture can simultaneously anesthetize the inferior alveolar nerve, lingual nerve, and buccal nerve on the same side. We hope that this experiment can provide a new approach for clinical doctors in the anesthesia of the inferior alveolar nerve. We also hope that through this anesthesia method, patients can anesthetize three nerves simultaneously with one puncture, in order to reduce the pain of anesthesia injection and improve the patient's experience of anesthesia injection.

纳入标准：

18－50岁有自主能力者， 无麻醉、药物相关过敏史， 术前未服用镇痛药物或酒精等有可能影响实验结果的药、食物， 无绝对拔牙禁忌症， 无拔除下颌阻生第三磨牙经历， 能配合手术操作，能理解并配合填写问卷调查。

Inclusion criteria

Individuals aged 18-50 with autonomy, No history of anesthesia or drug-related allergies, Not taking any analgesics or alcohol that may affect the experimental results before surgery, No absolute contraindications for tooth extraction, No experience of extracting mandibular impacted third molars, Can cooperate with surgical procedures, understand and cooperate in filling out questionnaire surveys.

排除标准：

有麻醉、药物相关过敏史， 孕经期女性， 有精神病患或智力障碍不能陪配合手术操作， 有未控制的高血压或糖尿病或相关拔牙禁忌系统疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with a history of anesthesia or drug-related allergies, Pregnant and Menstrual Women, Patients with mental illness or intellectual disabilities are unable to accompany and cooperate with surgical procedures, Patients with uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes or related tooth extraction contraindication system diseases.
