研究目的：

通过术后三维双回波稳态序列磁共振的影像学随访，观察盂唇修复术后盂唇外翻对软骨体积的影响及导致术后盂唇外翻的危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the chondral change after acetabular labral repair through 3D-DESS MRI analysis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 18岁≤患者年龄。 2) 通过术前病史，查体，影像学检查及手术视频诊断为不可修复性盂唇撕裂者。 3) 髋关节镜术后至少0.5年。

Inclusion criteria

Patients were included if they underwent arthroscopic labral repair in looped configuration or selective labral debridement with labral preservation with a minimum 0.5-year follow-up.

排除标准：

1) 患者影像不符合DDH及临界DDH，Perthes病，急性髋关节创伤，滑膜软骨瘤病、强制性脊柱炎。 2) 没有明显的髋关节OA(T?nnis Grade0,1)，镜下无髋臼及股骨头软骨的损伤。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients were excluded if their hip joint space was less than 2mm and preoperative T?nnis grade ≥2, they underwent labral reconstruction or augmentation, had borderline dysplasia hip (lateral center-edge angle <25°), or previously underwent hip procedures.
