研究目的：

肺部超声在急性ST段抬高型心梗后心衰早期肺淤血诊断中的诊断价值及预后评估  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the diagnostic and prognostic value of lung ultrasound in the early diagnosis of heart failure (pulmonary congestion) after acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）急性ST段抬高型心梗（STEMI），且急诊PCI再血管化 2）18-100岁，具有完全精神行事能力的个体 3）急性ST段抬高型心梗（STEMI），行急诊溶栓，并且24小时内行PCI再血管化

Inclusion criteria

1) Acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) with emergency PCI revascularization 2) Individuals aged 18-100 years with full mental capacity 3) Acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), emergency thrombolysis and PCI revascularization within 24 hours

排除标准：

1）稳定性心绞痛 2）不稳定性心绞痛但无心肌酶谱改变 3）一月内有急性心梗或心衰病史 4) STEMI，未行急诊溶栓，也未行急诊PCI再血管化 5）STEMI, 行急诊溶栓，但未行后续PCI再血管化 6）未再血管化 7）有二叶及以上肺叶切除、全肺切除、巨大肺大泡、大量胸腔积液

Exclusion criteria：

1) Stable angina 2) Unstable angina without changes in cardiac enzyme profile 3) History of acute myocardial infarction or heart failure within one month 4) STEMI, who did not undergo emergency thrombolysis or emergency PCI revascularization 5) STEMI, who underwent emergency thrombolysis but did not undergo subsequent PCI revascularization 6) Not revascularized 7) There are lobectomy of the second lobe and above, total pneumonectomy, giant alveoli, and a large pleural effusion.
