研究目的:

通过回顾性与前瞻性分析患者关节置换术后影像学与实验室检查结果,调查机器学习能否通过影像学与实验室识别症状性假体的多种不同情况(假体感染、假体松动、假体周围骨折等), 并探讨潜在的影像学和实验室特征。  

Objectives of Study:

To investigate whether machine learning can identify many different conditions of symptomatic prostheses (prosthesis infection, prosthesis loosening, periprosthesis fracture, etc.) by imaging and laboratory, and to explore potential imaging and laboratory features, by retrospectively and prospectively analysing patients' postoperative imaging and laboratory findings after arthroplasty.

纳入标准:

临床诊断为假体周围感染,假体松动、假体磨损、假体脱位等假体并发症,分别将患者纳入各组中。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with clinical diagnosis of periprosthetic infection, prosthetic complications such as loose prosthesis, prosthetic wear, and prosthetic dislocation were included in each group.

排除标准:

若患者在实验室或放射学评估前2周内接受抗生素治疗;对假体进行了任何再次手术;因治疗急性骨折植入假体,则排除纳入。

Exclusion criteria:

Patients were excluded from inclusion if they had received antibiotics within 2 weeks prior to laboratory or radiological evaluation; had undergone any reoperation on the prosthesis; and had a prosthesis implanted for treatment of an acute fracture.
