建立红细胞损伤分类增强模型，采用多模态深度学习技术和无标记成像流式细胞术用于评估血库中储存血液的质量，评价红细胞的储存损伤程度，保证血液质量和输血安全。  

Objectives of Study：

Establishment of an enhanced model for erythrocyte damage classification using multimodal deep learning techniques and label-free imaging flow cytometry for assessing the quality of stored blood in blood banks and evaluating the degree of storage damage to erythrocytes to ensure blood quality and transfusion safety.

纳入标准：

(1)签署知情同意书；(2)年龄在18-60周岁；(3)符合献血者健康检查要求（GB 18467-2011）。

Inclusion criteria

(1) sign an informed consent form; (2) be aged 18-60 years old; and (3) meet the requirements for blood donor health examination (GB 18467-2011).

排除标准：

(1) 不符合献血者健康检查要求（GB 18467-2011）；(2)研究人员认为其他原因不适合献血者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Failure to meet the requirements for health examination of blood donors (GB 18467-2011); (2) Other reasons considered by the researchers to be unsuitable for blood donors.
