探讨基于Cox健康行为互动模式的慢病管理对系统性红斑狼疮伴肌少症患者的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of chronic disease management based on the Cox health behavior interaction model on patients with systemic lupus erythematosus with sarcopenia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合2012年SLICC或者1997年ACR系统性红斑狼疮分类标准。 2. 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the 2012 SLICC or 1997 ACR SLcriteria. 2. Signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.患有除了系统性红斑狼疮以外其它风湿性自身免疫性疾病； 2.有严重肝、肾功能损害； 3.伴有严重的、未控制的心血管疾病、神经系统疾病、肺部疾病(包括阻塞性肺病)、肝病、内分泌(包括未控制的糖尿病)和胃肠等疾病； 4.已知的目前有活动性的或有复发性的细菌性、病毒性、真菌性、分支杆菌性或其它感染病史； 5. 有恶性肿瘤病史； 6 妊娠或哺乳期的妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. suffering from rheumatic autoimmune diseases other than systemic lupus erythematosus; 2. severe hepatic and renal impairment; 3. with severe, uncontrolled cardiovascular disease, neurological disease, pulmonary disease (including obstructive pulmonary disease), liver disease, endocrine (including uncontrolled diabetes), gastrointestinal and other diseases; 4. known to be currently active or recurrent bacterial, viral, fungal, mycobacterial, or other infections; 5; history of malignancy; 6. women in pregnancy or lactation.
