研究目的：

1. 探索认知老化人群脑结构和功能的动态演化特征。 2. 探索识别轻度认知功能障碍或痴呆症的临床前生物标记物。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore the dynamic evolutive characteristics of brain structure and function in cognitive aging population. 2. Explore preclinical biomarkers for identifying mild cognitive impairment or dementia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

MCI患者组： 入组标准：年龄在65-75岁之间，符合MCI诊断标准:（1）主观检查有记忆力减退;（2）记忆力减退病程≥3个月;（3）蒙特利尔量表分在15~24分之间;（4）不符合痴呆诊断标准;（5）生活自理能力及社会功能有降低；（6）排除特殊原因引起的认知功能降低。 健康对照组： 入组标准：（1）年龄60-85岁；（2）经专科医生评估没有认知障碍；（3）MMSE评分26-30分（4）不符合任何痴呆或MCI诊断标准。

Inclusion criteria

MCI patient group: Age range from 65 to 75 years old, meeting MCI diagnostic criteria: (1) Subjective examination with memory impairment; (2) Memory impairment with a course of ≥ 3 months; (3) The score of the Montreal scale is between 15-24 points; (4) Does not meet the diagnostic criteria for dementia; (5) There is a decrease in self-care ability and social function; (6) Exclude cognitive impairment caused by special reasons. healthy control group: (1) Age range from 60 to 85 years old; (2) No cognitive impairment assessed by a specialist; (3) The MMSE score of 26-30 (4) does not meet any diagnostic criteria for dementia or MCI.

排除标准：

（1）有严重躯体疾病、脑器质性疾病；（2）精神分裂症、情感障碍等精神疾病患者；（3）滥用酒精或药物。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Having severe physical and organic brain diseases; (2) Patients with mental illnesses such as schizophrenia and emotional disorders; (3) Abuse of alcohol or drugs.

数据采集：病例记录表，记录内容包括：量表评估、外周血生物学标志物、fMRI数据。 数据录入和管理：试验中收集的数据录入到数据库中，并通过预先设计好的核查规则对录入的数据进行核实、确认，有问题的数据发出质疑并获得解答以及对数据进行相应的更新等。
