探索不同氧浓度HFNC在小儿患者支气管镜检中的应用  

Objectives of Study:

To explore the application of high-flow nasal cannula oxygen with different oxygen concentrations in pediatric patients undergoing flexible bronchoscop

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

①年龄5-12岁;②ASA分级I-II级;③麻醉下行纤维支气管镜检者和/或灌洗者。

Inclusion criteria

①Age 5-12 years;②American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I-II; ③Fiberoptic bronchoscopy under general anesthesia

排除标准:

①插管指征(生命体征不稳定;HFNC后未改善的严重低氧血症等);②各种原因不能耐受或使用HFNC者;③术前SpO2<90%;④预期困难气道,包括面罩通气及气管插管困难或肥胖(BMI>30kg/m2)者;⑤高误吸风险者;⑥鼻腔出血或鼻腔解剖异常者;⑦意识水平下降者;⑧支气管镜检查持续时间小于10分钟者;⑨拒绝参与者;⑩其它严重心血管及呼吸系统疾病者。

Exclusion criteria:

①Indications of tracheal intubation;②Cannot tolerate fiberoptic bronchoscopy or HFNC;③Preoperative SpO2<90%; ④Difficult airway or BMI >30kg/m2;⑤High risk of aspiration;⑥Nasal bleeding or abnormal nasal anatomy;⑦Decreased consciousness; ⑧The duration of bronchoscopy is less than 10 minutes;⑨Deny participant;⑩Other serious cardiovascular and respiratory diseases
