探索不同氧浓度HFNC在小儿患者支气管镜检中的应用  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the application of high-flow nasal cannula oxygen with different oxygen concentrations in pediatric patients undergoing flexible bronchoscop

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄5-12岁；②ASA分级I-II级；③麻醉下行纤维支气管镜检者和/或灌洗者。

Inclusion criteria

①Age 5-12 years;②American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I-II; ③Fiberoptic bronchoscopy under general anesthesia

排除标准：

①插管指征（生命体征不稳定；HFNC后未改善的严重低氧血症等）；②各种原因不能耐受或使用HFNC者；③术前SpO2<90%；④预期困难气道，包括面罩通气及气管插管困难或肥胖（BMI>30kg/m2）者；⑤高误吸风险者；⑥鼻腔出血或鼻腔解剖异常者；⑦意识水平下降者；⑧支气管镜检查持续时间小于10分钟者；⑨拒绝参与者；⑩其它严重心血管及呼吸系统疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Indications of tracheal intubation;②Cannot tolerate fiberoptic bronchoscopy or HFNC;③Preoperative SpO2<90%; ④Difficult airway or BMI >30kg/m2;⑤High risk of aspiration;⑥Nasal bleeding or abnormal nasal anatomy;⑦Decreased consciousness; ⑧The duration of bronchoscopy is less than 10 minutes;⑨Deny participant;⑩Other serious cardiovascular and respiratory diseases
