研究目的：

运用肝穿病理结果对 NAFLD 患者进行分层，探索其与糖代谢异常及 ASCVD 的风险关系。同时筛选出 NAFLD 患者发生糖代谢异常及ASCVD 的可能独立危险因素，从而早期预防糖代谢紊乱和 ASCVD 的发生。  

Objectives of Study：

Using the results of hepatic perforation pathology to stratify NAFLD patients and explore the risk relationship with abnormal glucose metabolism and ASCVD. At the same time, possible independent risk factors for glucose metabolism abnormality and ASCVD in patients with NAFLD were screened, so as to prevent glucose metabolism disorder and ASCVD at an early stage. In order to prevent glucose metabolism disorder and ASCVD in early stage.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）2010年1月至2022年12月就诊于浙江省人民医院及杭州师范大学附属医院进行肝脏穿刺的患者； （2）均符合2023年最新发表《中国成人糖尿病前期干预的专家共识》及《中国2型糖尿病防治指南（2020年版）》中糖尿病/糖尿病前期诊断标准； （3）均符合《中国成人血脂异常防治指南（2016年修订版）》中的ASCVD10 年风险评估诊断标准

Inclusion criteria

(1) From January 2010 to December 2022, patients attending Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital and Hangzhou Normal University Affiliated Hospital for liver puncture; (2) All patients met the diagnostic criteria for diabetes/pre-diabetes in the "Chinese Expert Consensus on Intervention for Adults with Prediabetes" published in 2023 and the "Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Type 2 Diabetes (2020 Edition)". (3) All of them met the diagnostic criteria for diabetes/pre-diabetes in the Chinese Guidelines for Prevention and Control of Dyslipidemia in Adults (2016 Revision).

排除标准：

（1）非 NAFLD 的肝穿患者 （2）住院期间临床数据缺失无法诊断糖代谢状态、无法进行10年ASCVD 风险评估及日间住院患者 （3）病理结果未具体描述脂肪变性、炎症及纤维化严重程度者 （4）年龄<18 周岁者 （5）同时合并原发性或继发性肝癌者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Hepatic puncture patients without NAFLD (2) Patients with missing clinical data during hospitalization for diagnosis of glucose metabolic status, inability to conduct 10-year ASCVD risk assessment, and day hospitalization. (3) Patients with pathology results that do not specifically describe steatosis, inflammation, and fibrillation (3) Patients with pathologic findings that do not specifically describe the severity of steatosis, inflammation, and fibrosis. (3) Pathologic findings that do not specifically describe the severity of steatosis, inflammation, and fibrosis (4) Patients <18 years of age (5) Patients with concurrent primary or secondary hepatocellular carcinoma.
