研究目的：

探讨围术期压力性损伤的基于精细化管理ORTCC模型管理方案对患者的应用效果及其对改善患者生活质量、预防压力性损伤、提高患者满意度的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the application effect of ORTCC model management scheme for perioperative stress injury and its influence on improving patients' quality of life, preventing stress injury and improving patients' satisfaction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、拟实行III-IV级手术患者；2、Braden评分大于18分；3、接受全身麻醉患者；4、生命体征平稳；5、患者小学文化水平以上；6、知情同意参加研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who plan to undergo Grade III-IV surgery; 2. Braden score is greater than 18 points; 3. Patients receiving general anesthesia; 4. Stable vital signs; 5, the patient's primary school education level or above; 6. Informed consent to participate in the study.

排除标准：

1、已经存在压力性损伤的患者；2、术前存在严重皮肤损伤的患者；3、有严重感染或炎症的患者；4、存在怀孕、精神疾病、过敏等情况的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with existing stress injury; 2. Patients with severe skin injury before surgery; 3. Patients with severe infection or inflammation; 4. Patients with pregnancy, mental illness, allergies and other conditions.

手术期间选择合适的手术体位，确保患者的体位是舒适的，减少对特定部位的压力。使用合适的支撑物来分散患者体重，减少对皮肤的持续性压力。支撑物应该被放置在压力易发部位，如头部、肩部、背部、腰部、臀部、膝部等。定期改变患者的体位以减少对特定部位的持续性压力。定期检查患者的体位，并根据需要进行调整。在患者移动或转移时，避免过度拉伸和压迫皮肤，以防止压力性损伤的发生。

Select the appropriate surgical position during surgery to ensure that the patient's position is comfortable and to reduce pressure on specific areas. Use suitable supports to distribute the patient's weight and reduce persistent pressure on the skin. Support should be placed on stress prone areas such as head, shoulders, back, waist, hips, knees, etc. Change the patient's position regularly to reduce persistent pressure on specific areas. Check the patient's position regularly and adjust it as needed. Avoid over-stretching and pressing the skin when the patient moves or metastasizes to prevent stress injuries from occurring.
