探讨小儿术中机械通气配合电阻抗断层扫描滴定的个体化PEEP使用的最佳潮气量。  

Objectives of Study：

Determining optimal tidal volume with the use of individualized PEEP titrated by electrical impedance tomography in children under intraoperative mechanical ventilation.

纳入标准：

本研究纳入身体状态为ASA I-III,计划全麻下仰卧位手术的小儿。

Inclusion criteria

Children with ASA physical status I-III scheduled for elective surgery in supine position under general anesthesia are included in this study.

排除标准：

排除标准为:(1)胸围< 36cm;(2)未经治疗的先天性心脏病;(3)呼吸系统疾病，如术前胸部x光检查发现的肺不张、气胸、胸腔积液或肺炎;(4)胸外科手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

We exclude participants if they meet any of the following criteria: (i) chest circumference < 36cm; (ii) untreated congenital heart disease; (iii) respiratory disease, such as atelectasis, pneumothorax, pleural effusion, or pneumonia found by preoperative chest X-ray; and (iv) history of thoracic surgery.
