研究目的：

1. 观察SHFJV应用于气道狭窄介入治疗的有效性； 2. 评估SHFJV应用于气道狭窄介入治疗的安全性； 3. 为今后的治疗提供更安全有效的气道管理方式，并在临床推广其适应症。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe the effectiveness of SHFJV in the interventional treatment of airway stenosis; 2. To evaluate the safety of SHFJV in the interventional treatment of airway stenosis; 3. To provide a safer and more effective airway management method for future treatment, and promote its indications in clinic.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1: 在本院呼吸内科接受气道狭窄介入手术患者 2: 年龄18～80岁 3: BMI 18～28 kg/m2 4: ASA分级Ⅰ～Ⅲ级

Inclusion criteria

1: Patients undergoing interventional surgery for airway stenosis in the respiratory department of our hospital 2: Patients aged 18-80 years old 3: BMI 18~28 kg/m2 4: ASA physical status I~ III

排除标准：

1: 喉和气管区域急性出血者 2: 急性呼吸道感染者 3: 活动性肺结核者 4: 因头部后仰受限不能放入支撑喉镜鞘者 5: 心肌梗死、脑梗死病史 6: 存在呼吸、循环衰竭 7: 严重的肝肾功能障碍 8: 麻醉药物过敏史

Exclusion criteria：

1: Acute bleeding in the larynx and trachea 2: Acute respiratory infection 3: People with active tuberculosis 4: Unable to place the supporting laryngoscope sheath due to head tilt limitation 5: History of myocardial infarction and cerebral infarction 6: Respiratory and circulatory failure were present 7: Severe liver and kidney dysfunction 8: History of allergy to narcotic drugs
