探索布比卡因脂质体前锯肌神经阻滞对乳房切除术后疼痛综合征的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the effects of anterior serratus nerve block with bupivacaine liposomal on post-mastectomy pain syndrome

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-65岁， 2.ASAⅠ-Ⅲ级， 3.拟于插管全麻下行乳腺癌手术， 4.术毕送PACU复苏的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 18-65 years old. 2. ASA I-III. 3. Those scheduled to undergo breast cancer surgery under intubation general anesthesia. 4. Those sent to PACU for resuscitation after surgery.

排除标准：

1.困难气道； 2.心肝肾功能障碍； 3.对研究药物过敏； 4.近两周呼吸道感染； 5.进针点感染； 6.严重贫血、休克、代谢疾病、电解质紊乱； 7.胃储留或胃排空延迟； 8.沟通障碍

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with difficult airway; 2.Patients with cardiac, hepatic and renal dysfunction; 3.Patients with allergy to study medications; 4.Patients with respiratory tract infection in the last two weeks; 5.Patients withinfection at the point of needle entry; 6.Patients with severe anemia, shock, metabolic disease, electrolyte disorders; 7.Patients with gastric retention or delayed gastric emptying. 8.Communication barriers.
