研究目的：

一方面分析本地预防性治疗依从性，观察治疗过程中不良反应以及监测活动性结核发生情况；另一方面基于代谢组学分析方法，挖掘潜伏感染人群进展为活动性肺结核的生物标志物，锁定预防性治疗受益较大人群，从而为精准预防性治疗潜伏感染人群提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

On the one hand, to analyze the compliance of local preventive treatment, observe the adverse reaction during treatment and monitor the occurrence of active tuberculosis, on the other hand, based on the metabolomics analysis method, to tap the latent infected population to develop into the biomarkers of active pulmonary tuberculosis, and to lock the population who benefit from the preventive treatment, so as to provide reference for the accurate preventive treatment of the latent infected population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.PPD阳性（排除卡介苗接种反应）或IGRA阳性或EC阳性； 2.无活动性结核的临床症状（如发热、咳嗽、咳痰、咯血、乏力、盗汗、胸痛、体重下降、食欲不振等）； 3.影像学未发现结核病灶； 4.痰细菌学阴性。

Inclusion criteria

1. PPD positive (excluding BCG vaccination) or IGRA positive or EC positive; 2. No symptoms of active tuberculosis (fever, cough, expectoration, hemoptysis, fatigue, night sweats, chest pain, weight loss, loss of appetite, etc.) ; 3. No focus of tuberculosis was found on imaging; 4. Sputum was bacteriologically negative.

排除标准：

1.排除1岁以内的婴幼儿； 2.孕妇及哺乳期或2年计划妊娠的妇女； 3.排除人类免疫缺陷病毒感染检查表现为阳性； 4.肝、肾功能异常或损伤患者； 5.患有癫痫或其他精神疾病者； 6.嗜酒、吸毒等不良嗜好者； 7.不愿意提供个人信息或临床样本不能利用的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclude infants and young children under 1 year of age; 2. Pregnant and lactating women or women planning a 2-year pregnancy; 3. Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection was excluded; 4. Patients with abnormal or impaired liver or renal function; 5. People with epilepsy or other mental illness; 6. An alcoholic, drug addict, etc.; 7. Patients who are unwilling to provide personal information or whose clinical samples can not be utilized.
