研究目的:

主要目的(确认性):基于 CFD 方法的手术效果预测功能,进一步建立具有稳定性、时效性的左心室 CFD 仿真模型,能够快速的模拟不同心脏瓣膜处理方式后的血流动力学变化,最终形成一种具有可靠性、稳定性、时效性的心脏瓣膜病手术方案评估预测方法,扩展该项目的临床应用价值。 次要目的(探索性):尝试在其他心脏疾病中应用CFD建立仿真模型。  

Objectives of Study:

Main purpose (validation) : Based on the predictive function of surgical effect of CFD method, a stable and time-effective left ventricular CFD simulation model is further established, which can quickly simulate the hemodynamic changes after different heart valve treatment methods, and finally form a reliable, stable and time-effective surgical evaluation and prediction method for heart valve disease. Expand the clinical application value of this project. Secondary purpose (exploratory) : To try to apply CFD to create simulation models in other heart diseases.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.诊断为心脏瓣膜病,接受主动脉 CTA 和(或)心脏超声和(或)心脏 MR 检查的患者。 2. 未诊断为心脏瓣膜病,接受主动脉 CTA 和(或)心脏超声和(或)心脏 MR 检查的患者,做对照组处理。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with valvular heart disease who underwent aortic CTA and/or cardiac ultrasound and/or cardiac MR. 2. Patients with undiagnosed valvular heart disease who underwent aortic CTA and/or cardiac ultrasound and/or cardiac MR Were treated as control groups.

排除标准:

1.未接受主动脉 CTA 和(或)心脏超声和(或)心脏 MR 检查的患者;

Exclusion criteria:

1.Patients who did not undergo aortic CTA and/or cardiac ultrasound and/or cardiac MR;
