中国民间艺人在中国传统文化中扮演了重要角色，他们通过视觉创作表达其独特的艺术技巧和审美观点。同时，研究表明，参与艺术创作对身体健康和心理健康有积极的影响。然而，在中国民间艺人的视知觉研究中，对其与身体健康和心理健康之间的关联关系还缺乏深入的了解。 研究目的： 该研究的目的是深入探索中国民间艺人的视知觉过程，并探讨其与身体健康和心理健康之间的关系。在此背景下，将解决以下研究问题： 1.建立研究中国民间艺人的队列 2.建立和完善视觉认和身体健康的指标 3.探索中国民间艺人创作过程中与视知觉相关的决策和与身心健康的关联性  

Objectives of Study：

Chinese folk artists play an important role in traditional Chinese culture. They express their unique artistic skills and aesthetic views through visual creation. At the same time, studies have shown that engaging in artistic creation has a positive impact on physical and mental health. However, in the study of visual perception of Chinese folk artists, the relationship between visual perception and physical health and mental health is still not well understood. The purpose of this study is to investigate the visual perception process of Chinese folk artists and its relationship with physical and mental health. To this end, the following research questions will be addressed: 1. To establish a cohort for studying Chinese folk artists. 2. To establish and improve indicators of visual perception and physical health. 3. To explore the decision-making related to visual perception and its correlation with physical and mental health in the creative process of Chinese folk artists.

纳入年龄≥18岁的中国民间艺人。 填写知情同意书，自愿加入本研究。

Inclusion criteria

The study includes Chinese folk artists aged 18 years and above. Participants must complete the informed consent form and agree to participate in the study of their own volition.

排除标准：

无法参与长期随访。由于语言或认知困难而无法回答问题完成问卷。

Exclusion criteria：

Unable to participate in long-term follow-up. Unable to answer questions because of linguistic or cognitive difficulty.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

使用在渐进式网络应用程序中实现的调查问卷工具在线收集数据。该应用程序是专门为该研究项目编写的。问卷可逐步编辑，答案自动保存。不可能跳过单个项目。回答完所有问题后，被调查者可以提交结果，并且无需进行进一步更改。收集的数据存储在单独的服务器上，并全面考虑当前的中国数据保护安全标准。与研究对象记录的连接被排除，项目团队也无法访问用户配置文件凭据。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data was collected online using a questionnaire tool implemented in a progressive web application. The application was specifically written for the research project. The questionnaire can be edited step by step and the answers are saved automatically. It is not possible to skip individual items. Once all questions have been answered, the respondent can submit the results without further changes. The collected data is stored on separate servers and takes full account of current Chinese data protection security standards. Connections to study subject records were excluded, and the project team was unable to access user profile credentials.
