研究目的：

自拟小儿腹宁散脐疗联合艾灸对照枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒治疗小儿肺炎继发性腹泻，分析比较两组患儿的临床疗效、止泻时间、总疗程及治疗前后免疫功能变化，为临床治疗小儿肺炎继发性腹泻提供可行方案。  

Objectives of Study：

The combination of self-designed Xiao'er Funing San navel therapy and moxibustion is compared with the treatment of secondary diarrhea in children with pneumonia using Bacillus subtilis dual live bacterial particles. The clinical efficacy, diarrhea stopping time, total course of treatment, and changes in immune function before and after treatment of the two groups of children are analyzed and compared, providing a feasible plan for the clinical treatment of secondary diarrhea in children with pneumonia.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合上述西医诊断标准及中医脾虚泻辨证标准；
2.年龄在2月-7岁；
3.患儿法定监护人知情并同意纳入本研究，并能够配合治疗者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meets the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and the differentiation criteria of spleen deficiency diarrhea in traditional Chinese medicine;
2.Aged between February and 7 years old;
3.The legal guardian of the patient is informed and agrees to be included in this study, and can cooperate with the treatment.

排除标准：

1.不符合上述诊断标准；
2.排除合并先天性心脏病、慢性肾炎等其他系统疾病者及精神疾患者；
3.排除呼吸衰竭、心功能衰竭、急性呼吸窘迫、中毒性脑病等有严重并发症的患儿；
4.对本研究用药存在过敏史的患儿；
5.全身或局部水肿、出血、严重消瘦、皮肤感染、皮肤过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Not meeting the above diagnostic criteria;
2.Excluding patients with congenital heart disease, chronic nephritis, and other systemic diseases, as well as patients with mental disorders;
3.Exclude children with serious complications such as respiratory failure, heart failure, acute respiratory distress, toxic encephalopathy, etc;
4.Children with a history of allergy to the medication used in this study;
5.Individuals with systemic or local edema, bleeding, severe emaciation, skin infections, and skin allergies.
