应用基因共表达网络（WGCNA）的方法发现具有生物学意义的基因模块，通过机器学习筛选BPD相关的关键基因，通过单因素分析、多因素分析等生物统计学方法对临床信息提取，筛选风险因素，构建具有准确预测性能的BPD临床预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

Using the Gene Co Expression Network (WGCNA) method, biologically significant gene modules were discovered. Key genes related to BPD were screened through machine learning, and clinical information was extracted and risk factors were screened through biometric methods such as univariate analysis and multivariate analysis. A clinical prediction model for BPD with accurate predictive performance was constructed.

纳入标准：

1.2023年7月1日至2026年06月30日上海市第一人民医院新生儿科住院患儿； 2.出生体重<1500g； 3.入院时日龄≤7天； 4.法定监护人亲自签署并注明日期的知情同意书即表明患者的合法代表已被告知研究的所有相关信息；

Inclusion criteria

1.From July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2026, hospitalized children in the Department of Newborns at Shanghai General Hospital;
2.Birth weight<1500g;
3.Admission age ≤ 7 days;
4.The informed consent form personally signed and dated by the legal guardian indicates that the patient's legal representative has been informed of all relevant information about the study;

排除标准：

1.入院时日龄>7天；
2.临床资料不全者；
3.非呼吸系统疾病影响需氧或上机时间者；
4.未能达到诊断BPD时间放弃或者死亡；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Admission age>7 days;
2.Patients with incomplete clinical data;
3.Non respiratory diseases affecting the duration of oxygen therapy or ventilator treatment;
4.Failure to reach diagnostic BPD time, but abandonment or death;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

病例记录表（Case Record Form，CRF）：由专门的数据收集员按照试验方案进行实际的数据采集工作。入组24小时内完成数据的收集，包括医院电子病历系统信息及补充纸质调查问卷。 电子采集和管理系统（Electronic Data Capture，EDC）：从各种来源收集数据，使用Excel、R、SPSS 25.0和Graphpad Prism 8.0统计软件进行于数据记录、分析、可视化和报告生成。存储于专用的便携微型计算机，并在移动网盘做好备份。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Case Record Form (CRF): special data collectors carry out the actual data collection work according to the test scheme. The data were collected within 24 hours after enrollment, including the information of the hospital electronic medical record system and the supplementary paper questionnaire. Electronic Data Capture (EDC): collect data from various sources and use Excel, R, SPSS 25.0 and graphpad prism 8.0 statistical software for data recording, analysis, visualization and report generation. It is stored in a dedicated portable microcomputer and backed up on a mobile network disk.
