纳入标准：

2010年1月1日-2024年6月15日在四川大学华西医院明确诊断罕见病患者。

Inclusion criteria

From January 1, 2010 to June 15, 2024, patients with rare diseases were clearly diagnosed in West China Hospital, Sichuan University.

排除标准：

应排除病历数据不完整的患者，由于罕见病病例少，患者数据宝贵，应尽可能多得纳入罕见病患者，故暂不考虑排除数据缺失的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with incomplete medical records should be excluded, due to the small number of rare disease cases and the preciousness of patient data, as many patients with rare diseases should be included as much as possible, the exclusion of patients with missing data should not be considered for the time being.
