分析脊柱退行性疾病患者的临床资料，探讨其病因及外科治疗方法的疗效和安全性，为临床实践提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the clinical data of patients with spinal degenerative diseases, to explore the etiology and the efficacy and safety of surgical treatment methods, and to provide a basis for clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①经确诊为脊柱退行性疾病（包括颈椎、胸椎和腰椎退行性疾病）的患者；②接受外科治疗；③18至90岁；④具有完整的术前、术后随访资料。

Inclusion criteria

① the diagnosis of spinal degenerative disease including cervical, thoracic and lumbar degenerative disease) patients. ② receiving surgical treatment;③ 18 to 75 years old; ④ complete with preoperative and postoperative follow-up data.

排除标准：

①伴有其他严重疾病（如恶性肿瘤、严重心肺疾病等）的患者；②资料不全或随访不完整的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

①associated with other serious disease (such as malignant tumor, severe lung disease) patients; ② Patients with incomplete data or incomplete follow-up.
