研究目的：

评估对乙酰氨基酚甘露醇注射液对输尿管结石钬激光碎石术后中重度CRBD的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to evaluate the effect of acetaminophen mannitol injection on moderate to severe CRBD after holmium laser lithotripsy for ureteral calculi.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18～65岁、男性；ASA分级I～III级；BMI 18 ～ 25 kg·m-2；择期全麻下行输尿管结石钬激光碎石术。

Inclusion criteria

Aged 18-65 years, male; ASA class I-III; BMI 18 ~ 25 kg·m-2; Holmium laser lithotripsy of ureteral calculi under elective general anesthesia.

排除标准：

① 合并精神疾病、认知功能异常、慢性疼痛疾病、长期服用镇静镇痛药物或酒精滥用者； ② 严重肝肾功能疾病（Child-Pugh C 级、需要肾脏替代治疗）； ③ 严重心动过缓（HR＜50次/分）、二度以上房室传导阻滞未放置起搏器者、病窦综合征、心功能不全（EF＜30%）； ④ 膀胱刺激征（夜间排尿＞3次或者24h排尿＞8次）患者； ⑤ 对研究所用药物有过敏或禁忌症者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Those with mental illness, abnormal cognitive function, chronic pain disease, long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs or alcohol abuse; ② Severe liver and kidney disease (child Pugh grade C, requiring renal replacement therapy); ③ Severe bradycardia (HR < 50 beats / min), atrioventricular block above second degree without pacemaker, sick sinus syndrome, cardiac insufficiency (EF < 30%); ④ Patients with bladder irritation sign (nocturnal urination > 3 times or 24h urination > 8 times); ⑤ Those who have allergies or contraindications to the drugs used in the study.
