研究目的：

检验表象修编技术对抑郁个体和抑郁缓解者的行为激活的治疗效果，揭示表象修编潜在的变化机制，并为表象修编的干预效果提供更为客观的神经生理指标的证据。  

Objectives of Study：

To examine the therapeutic effects of imagery rescripting on behavioural activation in depressed individuals and those in remission from depression, to reveal the underlying mechanisms of change in imagery rescripting, and to provide evidence for more objective neurophysiological indices of the efficacy of imagery rescripting.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

抑郁的纳入标准为：符合 DMS-5 的抑郁诊断标准； BDI-Ⅱ得分大于 14 分； HDRS-17 大于 7 分。 缓解期抑郁的纳入标准为：过去曾有过抑郁发作，但至少在过去 3 个月中已完全康复的被试被纳入抑郁缓解组；诊断由基于 DSM-V 的结构化临床访谈确认。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for depression were: meeting the DMS-5 diagnostic criteria for depression; BDI-II scale score greater than 14; HDRS score greater than 7. Inclusion criteria for remitted depressed individuals were: participants who had experienced a depressive episode in the past and had been completely recovered for at least the last 3 months were included in the remitted major depressive disorder group; the diagnosis was confirmed by structured clinical interviews based on the DSM-V.

排除标准：

抑郁个体的排除标准为：精神障碍、脑器质性疾病、自残或自杀的高风险、目前的药物滥用者、接受其他心理或药物治疗，以及Beck焦虑量表中文版45分及以上（排除焦虑共病）。 缓解期个体的排除标准为：符合部分缓解的重度抑郁发作标准、正在或已发作的躁狂/躁狂症、癔症、精神病症状和Beck焦虑量表中文版45分及以上（排除焦虑共病）。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for depressed individuals were: psychotic disorder, organic brain disease, high risk of self-harm or suicide, current substance abusers, those receiving other psychological or pharmacological treatment, and scores of 45 and above on the Beck Anxiety Inventory-Chinese Version (excluding anxiety co-morbidities). Exclusion criteria for remitted depressed individuals were: individuals meeting criteria for a major depressive episode in partial remission, an ongoing or past manic/hypomanic episode, dysthymic disorder, psychotic symptoms and scores of 45 and above on the Beck Anxiety Inventory-Chinese Version (excluding anxiety co-morbidities).

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

对抑郁个体和缓解期抑郁个体分别进行随机分组，具体操作如下：使用SPSS 25.0软件产生随机表以及随机表所对应的干预组别，产生001-140随机数并与被试编号一一对应，按照1比1的比例分成A组、B组、C组和D组。将入选的被试严格按入选时间顺序，获得随机号，分为表象修编组、认知重建组、综合训练组和等待组各35例进行干预。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Depressed individuals and remitted depressed individuals were randomly grouped as follows: using SPSS 25.0 software to generate a random table as well as the intervention groups corresponding to the random table, the random numbers 001-140 were generated and corresponded to the subjects' numbers, which were divided into groups A, B, C and D in a ratio of 1-to-1. The selected subjects were divided into 35 cases each of the imagery rescripting group, cognitive restructuring group, comprehensive training group and waiting-list group for intervention strictly according to the chronological order of selection and obtaining the random number.
