This study aimed to investigate the effect of tRNS on reducing visual cross-modal conflicts and determine whether its efficacy is dependent on the conflict type.

纳入标准:

1) 年龄在 18-30 岁之间,2) 爱丁堡手感量表(EHI)得分大于 80 分,3) 视力和听力正常

Inclusion criteria

1) aged 18–30 years, 2) score of >80 points on the Edinburgh Handedness Inventory(EHI), 3)had normal vision and auditory abilities

排除标准:

有神经或精神疾病史。

Exclusion criteria:

Had history of neurological or psychiatric disorders.

盲法:

本研究为双盲设计,受试者、量表评估和任务表现记录研究者均呈盲态。由于对照组在开始60秒有电流刺激,与刺激组有相似的感受,因此双盲可以达到。整个试验过程中受试者不知晓具体的真假刺激情况,试验过程中研究人员不能向受试者透露具体的刺激方案信息,直到所有的受试者数据收集完成。为避免操作可能带来的影响,将固定一位研究人员设定刺激方案(真性刺激/假性刺激),并且该研究人员不参与实验的其他环节。

Blinding:

This study was a double-blind design, with participants, scale assessment, and task recording researchers blinded. Double blindness was possible because the control group received an electric current stimulus for 60 seconds at the beginning, which was perceived similarly to the active stimulation group. Throughout the trial, participants were unaware of the active or sham stimulation situation, and the researchers could not disclose information about the specific stimulation protocol to participants until data collection was complete for all participants. We will assign one researcher to set the stimulus protocol (active or sham stimulation) and refrain from involving this researcher in other parts of the experiment to prevent potential manipulation effects.
