研究目的：

2.1 主要目的 对来自中国进行过骨科手术治疗的血友病患者的术前、围术期情况、术后疗效进行综合分析。 2.2 次要目的 1、对血友病中国患者不同骨科手术类型的围术期情况及手术疗效进行对比分析； 2、对血友病骨科手术的中国患者，不同人口特征学，疾病特点或手术特点的亚组进行对比分析。  

Objectives of Study：

Main Objectives To comprehensively analyze the preoperative perioperative and postoperative outcomes of hemophilia patients who have undergone orthopedic surgery in China Secondary Objectives 1 To compare and analyze the perioperative conditions and surgical outcomes of hemophilia patients in China undergoing different types of orthopedic surgeries 2 To perform comparative analyses of subgroups among hemophilia patients in China undergoing orthopedic surgery based on demographic characteristics disease features or surgical aspects

纳入标准：

根据WFH指南诊断的血友病患者;2010年1月-2021年12月就诊于南方医科大学南方医院、山东千佛山医院、广州中医药大学第一附属医院、浙江省中医院、华中科技大学附属同济医院;接受过骨科手术治疗;定期接受术后随访

Inclusion criteria

In accordance with the Work From Home WFH guidelines the study specifically targets patients with hemophilia who have undergone diagnosis;The individuals under investigation sought medical attention between January 2010 and December 2021. The healthcare institutions where they received treatment include Southern Medical University Southern Hospital, Shandong Qianfoshan Hospital, The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Tongji Hospital affiliated with Huazhong University of Science and Technology.;The study participants have a history of orthopedic surgical interventions.

排除标准：

患者病历信息严重缺失者

Patients with severely deficient medical record information
