研究目的：

对构建的头颈肿瘤患者功能性下颌骨重建术后咀嚼功能康复方案进行效果验证，  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the efficacy of the constructed mastico-function rehabilitation program for patients with head and neck tumor after functional mandibular reconstruction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在18-70岁； （2）男女不限； （3）下颌骨良性肿瘤或病变需下颌骨截断性切除者； （4） 术前1周内血常规、凝血功能、肝功能、肾功能、ECG正常（血红蛋白＞80 g/L；中性粒细胞绝对计数＞1.5×109/L，血小板＞100 ×109/L；胆红素＜35 umol/L；AST或ALT＜3 × 正常上限；血清肌酐＜130 umol/L或肌酐清除率≥50 ml/min）； （5）术前1周行颌面部增强CT、全景片； （6）无重要脏器器质性病变，适合全麻手术； （7）术后无需放、化疗。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 18-70 years; (2) Men and women are not limited; (3) mandibular benign tumors or lesions requiring mandibular amputation; (4) Normal blood routine, coagulation function, liver function, kidney function and ECG within 1 week before surgery (hemoglobin > 80 g/L; The absolute neutrophil count was > 1.5×109/L, and the platelet count was > 100 ×109/L. Bilirubin < 35 umol/L; AST or ALT < 3 x upper normal limit; Serum creatinine < 130 umol/L or creatinine clearance ≥50 ml/min); (5) Maxillofacial enhanced CT and panoramic film were performed 1 week before surgery; (6) No organic lesions of important organs, suitable for general anesthesia surgery; (7) Postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy were not required.

排除标准：

（1）五年内伴发其他恶性肿瘤或原肿瘤复发； （2）有严重药物过敏史； （3）妊娠、哺乳期或有神经障碍患者； （4）已参加其他临床试验患者； （5）术前已行放疗、化疗及靶向药物等抗肿瘤治疗的患者； （6）张口度＜3.5cm； （7）伴有全身麻醉手术禁忌症（如药物难以控制的高血压、糖尿病等）； （8）先天性免疫缺陷或器官移植患者； （9）患有HBV 、HCV、HIV、TRUST等相关疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Recurrence of other malignant tumors or primary tumors within five years; (2) Have a history of severe drug allergy; (3) pregnant, lactating or patients with neurological disorders; (4) Patients who have participated in other clinical trials; (5) Patients who have received anti-tumor therapy such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy and targeted drugs before surgery; (6) Mouth opening < 3.5cm; (7) contraindications associated with general anesthesia surgery (such as high blood pressure, diabetes, etc., which are difficult to control with drugs); (8) Patients with congenital immune deficiency or organ transplantation; (9) Patients with HBV, HCV, HIV, TRUST and other related diseases.

应用SPSS 26.0软件生成46个随机数，采用计算机将受试者随机平均分为试验组与对照组。46例受试者按照入组先后顺序随机抽取数字，划分为试验组或对照组。患者随机到各组的可能性一致。
