研究目的：

利用空间转录组学、单细胞组学、代谢组学和蛋白组学等系统生物学技术建立高分辨多组学空间图谱，探讨DKD的发病机制，以期为DKD的早期诊断和精准治疗提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to explore the pathogenesis of DKD by establishing high-resolution multi-omics spatial maps using the techniques of space transcriptomics, single-cell omics, metabonomics and proteomics, in order to provide theoretical basis for early diagnosis and accurate treatment of DKD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.临床诊断为糖尿病肾病或非糖尿病的慢性肾脏病，进行肾脏穿刺检查；或符合肾脏全切除手术治疗指征的患者； 2.年龄18-80岁； 3.自愿入选和配合本研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with a clinical diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy or non-diabetic chronic kidney disease who underwent renal biopsy, or who met the criteria for total nephrectomy, 2. aged 18-80 years, 3 voluntarily enrolled and cooperated with the study, sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并有严重的心血管、肝脏或肺部疾病； 2.严重凝血功能障碍； 3.伴严重精神心理疾病； 4.有毒性物质接触史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. complicated with severe cardiovascular, hepatic or pulmonary diseases, 2. severe Coagulopathy, 3. severe mental disorders, 4. history of exposure to toxic substances.
