研究目的：

基于机会性胸部CT数据，探究胸椎椎体的CT参数与金标准测得的骨密度的相关性，进一步探究胸椎CT参数预测骨量下降和骨折风险的可行性，其次基于CT数据建立骨折风险预测模型；  

Objectives of Study：

According to the opportunistic chest CT data, the correlation between the CT parameters of the thoracic spine and the gold standard measured bone mineral density was explored, and the feasibility of the CT parameters of the thoracic spine in predicting bone loss and fracture risk was further explored. Secondly, the fracture risk prediction model was established based on the CT data.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）50岁以上老年人；（2）可独立行走，生活自理；（3）认知良好，可执行指令；（4）病历资料完整；（5）胸部CT数据和/或骨密度检查时间为20201.1-2024.5.31

Inclusion criteria

(1) people over 50 years old; (2) can walk independently and take care of themselves; (3) good cognition and ability to follow instructions; (4) complete medical records; (5) Chest CT data and/or bone mineral density examination was from 20201.1 to 2024.5.31

排除标准：

（1）下肢骨折/关节置换史；（2）脑卒中、癫痫、帕金森等神经系统疾病；（3）认知功能障碍；（4）不能独立行走

Exclusion criteria：

(1) history of lower extremity fracture/joint replacement; (2) stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease and other nervous system diseases; (3) cognitive impairment; (4) Unable to walk independently.
