研究目的：

观察肠菌移植对多囊卵巢综合征糖脂代谢及体成分改善情况及肠道菌群结构和数量的变化，评价肠道微生态移植疗法的临床疗效、安全性的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the improvement of glucose and lipid metabolism and body composition of intestinal bacteria transplantation in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and the changes of intestinal flora structure and quantity, and evaluate the effect of intestinal microecological transplantation therapy on clinical efficacy and safety

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）确诊多囊卵巢综合征。 （2）年龄在18~45岁。 （3）在接下来的三个月内无怀孕计划。 （4）糖脂代谢异常。 （5）患者自愿参加，签署知情同意书，并能坚持治疗随访。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Polycystic ovary syndrome was confirmed. (2) Age 18-45 years old. (3) No pregnancy plans in the following three months. (4) Abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism. (5) Patients voluntarily participate, sign informed consent, and adhere to treatment follow-up

排除标准：

（1） 严重免疫抑制者（中性粒细胞＜1 500个/mm3，淋巴细胞＜500个/mm3）。 （2）肠黏膜严重破坏者。 （3）未能明确肠黏膜损伤病因者。 （4）当前诊断为暴发性结肠炎或中毒性巨结肠者。 （5）因存在严重腹泻、显著纤维性肠腔狭窄、严重消化道出血、高流量肠瘘等原因，无法耐受50%热卡需求的肠内营养者。 （6）合并严重系统性感染，符合全身性炎性反应综合征诊断标准者。 （7）合并肠外器官感染，必须使用广谱抗生素干预者。 （8）合并严重营养不良（体质指数＜15 kg/m2），严重低蛋白血症者（白蛋白＜25 g/L）。 （9）先天或获得性免疫缺陷病患者。 （10）近期接受高风险免疫抑制/细胞毒性产品治疗者，例如利妥昔单抗、阿霉素或中高剂量类固醇激素（20 mg/d泼尼松或更高剂量）持续应用4周以上。 （11）怀孕或哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Severely immunosuppressed patients (neutrophils < 1 500 /mm3, lymphocytes < 500 /mm3). (2) Severe damage of intestinal mucosa. (3) Failure to identify the cause of intestinal mucosal injury. (4) Those currently diagnosed with fulminant colitis or toxic megacolon. (5) Enteral nutrition patients who cannot tolerate 50% of heat calorie requirements due to severe diarrhea, significant fibrous intestinal stenosis, severe gastrointestinal bleeding, high-flow intestinal fistula and other reasons. (6) Patients with severe systemic infection who meet the diagnostic criteria for systemic inflammatory response syndrome. (7) Patients with parenteral organ infection requiring broad-spectrum antibiotic intervention. (8) Patients with severe malnutrition (body mass index < 15 kg/m2) and severe hypoproteinemia (albumin < 25 g/L). (9) Patients with congenital or acquired immunodeficiency. (10) Those who have recently been treated with high-risk immunosuppressive/cytotoxic products, such as rituximab, doxorubicin, or medium-high dose steroid hormones (20 mg/ day or higher) for more than 4 weeks. (11) Pregnant or lactating women.
