研究目的：

（1）明确亚甲蓝近红外荧光成像技术在手术中示踪cT1/2N0口腔癌前哨淋巴结的可行性及判断区域淋巴结转移的准确性； （2）比较亚甲蓝和吲哚菁绿近红外成像技术示踪前哨淋巴结的灵敏度、特异度和阴性预测值； （3）制定亚甲蓝近红外荧光成像技术示踪cT1/2N0口腔癌前哨淋巴结的技术流程。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Clarify the feasibility of methylene blue near-infrared fluorescence imaging technology in tracking sentinel lymph nodes of cT1/2N0 oral cancer during surgery and the accuracy of detecting regional lymph node metastasis; (2) Compare the sensitivity, specificity, and negative predictive values of methylene blue and indocyanine green near-infrared imaging techniques for tracking sentinel lymph nodes; (3) Develop a technical process for tracking sentinel lymph nodes in cT1/2N0 oral cancer using methylene blue near-infrared fluorescence imaging technology.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者年龄18-70周岁；
2.术前病理确诊为鳞状细胞癌；
3.肿瘤位于单侧的舌、颊粘膜、下颌牙龈、口底；
4.临床触诊、影像学检查无可以淋巴结转移；

Inclusion criteria

1.The patient is aged 18-70 years old;
2.Preoperative pathological diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma;
3.The tumor is located on one side of the tongue, cheek mucosa, mandibular gingiva, and floor of the mouth;
4.Clinical palpation and imaging examination showed no possibility of lymph node metastasis;

排除标准：

1.碘造影剂过敏史；
2.肿瘤局部存在明显感染和炎症反应；
3.既往口腔肿瘤、颈部手术或放化疗史；
4.无法耐受全麻手术；

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of allergy to iodine contrast agents;
2.There are obvious infections and inflammatory reactions in the local area of the tumor;
3.Previous history of oral tumors, neck surgery, or radiotherapy and chemotherapy;
4.Unable to tolerate general anesthesia surgery;
