研究目的：

探究以不同速率静脉输注氨甲环酸是否影响全膝关节置换术中恶心呕吐的发生率  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether different rates of intravenous tranexamic acid infusion affect the incidence of nausea and vomiting during total knee arthroplasty.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 年龄＞18岁且ASA I-III级患者； (2) 择期在腰麻下行全膝关节置换术患者； (3) 通过伦理委员会审核且签署知情同意书患者

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with age > 18 years and ASA grade I-III; (2) Patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty under lumbar anesthesia; (3) Patients who have passed the review of ethics committee and signed informed consent

排除标准：

(1) 有严重心脑血管疾病病史患者； (2) 有深静脉血栓或肺栓塞病史患者； (3) 凝血功能异常或肾功能异常患者； (4) 拒绝行椎管内麻醉或有禁忌症患者； (5) 拒绝参与本研究的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with a history of serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (2) Patients with history of deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism; (3) Patients with abnormal coagulation or renal function; (4) Refusal of intraspinal anesthesia or contraindications; (5) Patients who refused to participate in this study;

Group Q (Quick infusion group) : At the beginning of closing the joint capsule, 100ml tranexamic acid with concentration of 5mg/ml (divided into two 50ml syringes at the same speed of 200ml/h intravenous pump) was injected at a constant speed within 15 minutes;
