1.了解脑卒中患者健康行为的现状。 2.基于COM-B理论模型探讨脑卒中患者健康行为的影响因素。 3.分析各影响因素之间的相互关系及对健康行为的预测作用，探讨脑卒中患者健康行为各影响因素对健康行为的作用路径及动机因素在能力因素、机会因素与健康行为关系中的中介作用  

Objectives of Study：

1. to understand the current situation of health behavior of stroke patients. 2.To explore the influencing factors of health behavior of stroke patients based on COM-B theoretical model. 3.Analyze the interrelationships among various influencing factors and their predictive impact on health behaviors. Explore the pathways through which different factors affect health behaviors in stroke patients, and examine the mediating role of motivational factors in the relationship between capability factors, opportunity factors, and health behaviors.

纳入标准：

1. 符合中华医学会神经病学分会制定的《中国各类主要脑血管诊断要点2019》的诊 断标准[91] ,并经颅脑CT和MRI明确； （2） 年龄≥18岁； （3） 经治疗后，意识清楚，言语表达清晰及听力可满足交流的需要，且病情稳定的待 出院患者； （4） 知情同意，自愿参与。

Inclusion criteria

1. Comply with the diagnostic criteria of "Diagnostic Points of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diagnostic Points in China 2019" formulated by the Neurology Section of the Chinese Medical Association[91] , and be clearly defined by craniocerebral CT and MRI;
2.(2) Age ≥18 years old;
3.(3) Patients to be discharged from the hospital who are in stable condition and are clearly conscious, have a clear expression of speech, and have hearing that can satisfy the need for communication after treatment;

排除标准：

1. 突发其他不可逆严重并发症和（或）急危重症晚期者，如心力衰竭、肾衰竭、恶 性肿瘤等。 （2）有精神病史、意识障碍、人格障碍、智力障碍者、有明显听力、视力障碍者、失 语等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Sudden onset of other irreversible serious complications and/or advanced stages of acute and critical illnesses, such as heart failure, renal failure, malignant tumors, etc. (2) Those with psychiatric history, consciousness disorder, personality disorder, intellectual disability, obvious hearing and visual impairment, and speechlessness.
