研究目的：

垂体瘤患者是困难气道的高危人群。气道软组织增生及滤泡样改变使垂体瘤患者出现紧急气道的风险增加。视频喉镜的应用可能改善气管插管时的暴露情况，提高插管成功率。目前，垂体瘤患者使用视频喉镜进行气管插管时困难气道的发生率及其危险因素尚不明确。同时，垂体瘤可能影响机体多种激素的生成及分泌，诱发心血管、代谢、免疫、凝血等多系统功能紊乱，实验室检查及临床表现复杂多样。临床常用的困难气道评估方法对于垂体瘤患者的预测效果不够满意。本研究基于患者社会人口学信息及术前实验室检查的客观数据，采用集成学习的方法，构建垂体瘤患者视频喉镜下困难气道的预测模型并探究困难气道的危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

Patients with pituitary tumors are at high risk for difficult airways. Airway soft tissue hyperplasia and follicular-like changes put patients with pituitary tumors at increased risk of developing an emergency airway. The use of videolaryngoscopy may improve exposure during tracheal intubation and increase intubation success. Currently, the incidence of difficult airway and its risk factors during tracheal intubation using videolaryngoscope in patients with pituitary tumors are unknown. Meanwhile, pituitary tumors may affect the production and secretion of many hormones in the body, inducing multi-system dysfunction such as cardiovascular, metabolism, immunity, coagulation, etc., and the laboratory tests and clinical manifestations are complicated and diverse. The commonly used clinical methods of difficult airway assessment are not satisfactory enough for the prediction of pituitary tumor patients. In this study, based on patients' socio-demographic information and objective data from preoperative laboratory examinations, we used an integrated learning approach to construct a prediction model for difficult airway under videolaryngoscopy in patients with pituitary tumors and to explore the risk factors for difficult airway.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄大于18岁；（2）术前诊断为垂体瘤；（3）全身麻醉下行择期垂体瘤手术。

Inclusion criteria

(1) age>18 years; (2) preoperative diagnosis of pituitary tumor; (3) elective pituitary tumor surgery under general anesthesia

排除标准：

（1）既往头颈部手术史或头颈部放疗史；（2）术后病理结果显示患者并非垂体瘤；（3）重要检验检查结果缺失；（4）同期参与其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) history of prior head and neck surgery or head and neck radiotherapy; (2) postoperative pathology results showing that the patient did not have a pituitary tumor; (3) missing results of important tests and examinations; and (4) concurrent participation in other clinical trials.
