研究目的：

本课题主要研究目的，明确盐酸罂粟碱对肝移植术后患者肝动脉、门静脉血流动力学的影响；次要研究目的明确罂粟碱对肾脏血流动力学及脾脏血流动力学的影响，及其对患者肝肾功能的影响。同时随访肝移植术后 6 周内早期血管并发症（门静脉、肝动脉栓塞及狭窄）发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of papaverine hydrochloride on the hemodynamics of hepatic artery and portal vein in patients after liver transplantation; Secondary objective: to investigate the effects of papaverine on renal hemodynamics and splenic hemodynamics, as well as liver and kidney function. The incidence of early vascular complications (portal vein and hepatic artery embolism and stenosis) within 6 weeks after liver transplantation was also followed up.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄 18-65 岁（无性别限制）；（2）拟行肝移植手术的肝衰患者术前MELD 评分＜35；（3）术后腹部痉挛疼痛。

Inclusion criteria

(1) 18-65 years old (no gender restriction); (2) Patients with liver failure who were to undergo liver transplantation had MELD score < 35 before surgery; (3) Abdominal spasm pain after operation.

排除标准：

1）患者术后低血压 MAP≤60mmHg；（2）原发性供肝无功能；（3）患者伴有原发性肾脏疾病；（4）脾切除术后；（5）患者伴有使用罂粟碱禁忌症，如完全性房室传导阻滞、帕金森或者出血性脑梗死。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Postoperative MAP≤60mmHg; (2) The primary donor liver is not functional; (3) Patients with primary kidney disease; (4) After splenectomy; (5) Patients with contraindications to papaverine use, such as complete atrioventricular block, Parkinson's disease, or hemorrhagic cerebral infarction.
