研究目的:

(1)通过综合分析脊柱椎旁肌、下肢生物力学、大脑网络的静态结构及动态功能变化,探讨 IS 可能存在的多因素协同关联的“双向脊柱-下肢-脑网络环路”模式,分析 IS 在三环节中的‘同步化’特征性表现与临床意义,尝试建立新的临床综合评估方法与手段。 (2)通过干预性使用生物力学矫型鞋垫调整 IS 患者下肢生物力学,证明“双向脊柱-下肢-脑网络环路”模式存在可能,并为临床有效防治 IS 提供科学理论依据及新的有效康复矫治手段。  

Objectives of Study:

(1) By comprehensively analyzing the static structural and dynamic functional changes of spinal paraspinal muscles, lower limb biomechanics, and brain network, we will explore the possible multifactorial and synergistic "two-way spine-lower limb-brain network loop" model of IS, and analyze the 'synchronization' characteristic manifestations and clinical significance of IS in the three links. Analyze the characteristic performance and clinical significance of IS in the three links, and try to establish new comprehensive clinical assessment methods and tools. (2) By using biomechanical orthopedic insoles to adjust the biomechanics of the lower limbs of IS patients, it proves the possibility of the "bidirectional spine-lower limb-brain network loop" model, and provides a scientific theoretical basis and new effective rehabilitation and orthopedic means for the effective prevention and treatment of IS in the clinic.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.本研究纳入的受试患者年龄介于 10-50 岁之间,性别不限;2. 临床及辅助检查诊断IS患者;3.体重指数在标准±10%范围内;4.所有受试者均为右利手;5. 无精神或神经系统疾病,无严重心、肝、肾等器质性疾病;6. 无 MRI 检查禁忌证且脑内未见异常病灶;7.受试患者签署“知情同意书”,同意参加项目。

Inclusion criteria

1. the age of the patients included in this study was between 10 and 50 years old, and there was no gender limitation; 2. patients with clinical and auxiliary examination diagnosis of IS; 3. body mass index was within the range of ±10% of the standard; 4. all the subjects were right-handed; 5. there were no psychiatric or neurological disorders, and there were no serious cardiac, hepatic or renal organic diseases; 6. there were no contraindications to the examination of MRI, and there were no abnormal foci in the brain; 7. the patients signed the "informed consent form" and agreed to participate in the program.

排除标准:

1. 合并外伤引起的其他重要脏器损伤和肢体残缺;2. 合并心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器功能障碍;3. 合并严重的下肢肌肉痉挛和疼痛;4. 既往曾存在癫痫发作病史;5. 存在脊柱、下肢关节畸形、局部感染等表现;6. 合并明显的认知或语言障碍等致不能配合检查及矫治训练;7. 不能坚持完成疗程;8. 不签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria:

1. other important organ injuries and limb disfigurement caused by trauma; 2. important organ dysfunction such as heart, lungs, liver and kidney; 3. severe muscle spasms and pain in the lower limbs; 4. history of epileptic seizures; 5. deformities of the spine, lower limb joints, localized infections, etc.; 6. significant cognitive or speech disorders, etc., resulting in inability to cooperate with the examination and orthopedic training; 7. inability to adhere to the completion of the treatment; 8. inability to sign the informed consent form.
