研究目的：

探究线上八段锦训练对比线上牵伸训练对慢性颈痛患者疼痛以及功能的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

Investigate the effects of online Baduanjin training compared to online stretching training on pain and function in patients with chronic neck pain.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 年龄18-65岁，男女不限； 2) 颈部区域有疼痛，伴或不伴有颈肩放射性疼痛； 3) 颈痛时间至少3个月，且在过去的 6 个月里至少有一半的时间存在颈痛； 4) 疼痛程度平均在中等程度及以上（视觉模拟评分法，VAS≥3分）； 5) 会使用腾讯会议APP并愿意开启摄像头参与康复指导； 6) 自愿参与试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age range from 18 to 65 years old, regardless of gender; 2) Pain in the neck area, with or without radiation pain in the neck and shoulders; 3) Neck pain lasts for at least 3 months and has been present for at least half of the past 6 months; 4) The average degree of pain is moderate or above (visual analog scoring method, VAS ≥ 3 points); 5) Willing to use the Tencent Conference APP and activate the camera to participate in rehabilitation guidance; 6) Volunteer to participate in the experiment and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1) 为了治疗慢性颈痛近半年内有规律练习过八段锦、瑜伽、太极拳的受试者； 2) 有病理学和/或组织学结构改变的特异性颈痛 3) 存在严重基础疾病 (如恶性肿瘤、感染、不稳定心血管疾病和内脏疾病） 4) 身体存在其他部位的疼痛大于颈痛的情况； 5) 有过颈部手术史； 6) 有其他可能影响干预效果的失能情况； 7) 严重精神疾病和认知障碍患者; 8) 行动不便，影响参与康复运动的身体状况； 9) 有运动禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Subjects who have regularly practiced Ba Duan Jin, yoga, and Tai Chi within the past six months in order to treat chronic neck pain; 2) Specific neck pain with pathological and/or histological structural changes 3) Existence of serious underlying diseases (such as malignant tumors, infections, unstable cardiovascular diseases, and visceral diseases) 4) The presence of pain in other parts of the body greater than neck pain; 5) Have a history of neck surgery; 6) There are other disabling situations that may affect the effectiveness of the intervention; 7) Patients with severe mental illness and cognitive impairment; 8) Inability to move, affecting the physical condition of participating in rehabilitation activities; 9) There are contraindications to exercise.

所有受试者将被依次分配到一个随机方案中，由除进行实验干预外的实验研究人员利用SPSS（25.0）统计软件创建随机数字表，所有受试者被拉进群之后按照群中列表编号，根据随机数字表被分为八段锦组，牵伸组以及健康宣教组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

All subjects will be assigned to a random plan in sequence, and a random number table will be created by the experimental researchers using SPSS (25.0) statistical software, except for the experimental intervention. After being pulled into the group, all subjects will be numbered according to the list in the group, and will be divided into the eight section brocade group, the stretching group, and the health education group according to the random number table.
