纳入标准：

首次发生心肌梗的患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients with their first myocardial infarction

排除标准：

1)严重的心力衰竭（NYHA分级III-IV级，killip分级III-IV级）；2）有病态窦房结综合征、严重的传导阻滞、频发房性早搏、频发室性早搏、心房颤动、室性心动过速、房扑、房速等；3）先天性心脏病；4）风湿性心脏瓣膜病；5）起搏器植入者；6）严重的肝肾功能不全；7）恶性肿瘤；8）合并其他肺部疾病如慢性阻塞性肺病、哮喘、肺心病等；9）风湿免疫系统疾病；10）近期有严重的急慢性感染；11）有重大外伤及手术史；12）有严重的贫血或血液系统疾病；13）严重的神经系统疾病，如脑出血、脑梗死、癫痫、意识障碍等；

Exclusion criteria：

1) severe heart failure (NYHA class III-IV, killip class III-IV); 2) Sick sinus syndrome, severe conduction block, frequent atrial premature beats, frequent ventricular premature beats, atrial fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, atrial flutter, atrial tachycardia, etc.; 3) congenital heart disease; 4) rheumatic valvular heart disease; 5) patients with pacemaker implantation; 6) severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 7) malignant tumors; 8) combined with other pulmonary diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, pulmonary heart disease, etc. 9) rheumatic immune system diseases; 10) recent severe acute or chronic infections; 11) had a history of major trauma and surgery; 12) severe anemia or hematological diseases; 13) severe neurological diseases, such as cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, epilepsy, disturbance of consciousness, etc.
