研究目的：

本课题通过队列研究，检测患者化疗前后L3水平骨骼肌面积变化、监测新辅助化疗/免疫治疗对术中NMB深度、罗库溴铵药物用量和神经电生理改变产生的影响，分析患者脱落肌肉病理改变，旨在阐明新辅助化疗/免疫治疗对食管癌根治术中罗库溴铵诱导神经肌肉阻滞特征影响及可能机制，并建立NMB复发预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the changes in L3 level skeletal muscle area in patients before and after chemotherapy through the cohort study, monitor the effects of neoadjuvant chemotherapy/immunotherapy on intraoperative NMB depth, rocuronium dosage, and neurophysiological changes, analyze the pathological changes in patients with muscle loss, and elucidate the effects and possible mechanisms of neoadjuvant chemotherapy/immunotherapy on rocuronium induced neuromuscular blockade during esophageal cancer radical surgery, and establish a predictive model for NMB recurrence.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄在18至80岁之间的男性和女性患者；②ASA≤Ⅲ级；③体重指数（BMI）<40 kg/m2；④预期行至少持续3小时的择期食管癌根治术。

Inclusion criteria

① Male and female patients aged between 18 and 80 years old; ② ASA ≤ Level III; ③ Body mass index (BMI)<40 kg/m 2; ④ Expected to undergo elective esophageal cancer radical surgery for at least 3 hours.

排除标准：

① 既往肺部或腹部手术史；② 对七氟醚、异丙酚或非甾体抗炎药（NSAIDs）过敏或禁忌症；③ 严重的脑和心血管功能障碍；④ 可疑或诊断为免疫或神经肌肉疾病；⑤ 术后预期延长机械通气时间；⑥ 肝硬化（Child B或C）；⑦ 慢性肾功能衰竭伴透析。

Exclusion criteria：

① Previous history of lung or abdominal surgery; ② Allergies or contraindications to sevoflurane, propofol, or non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs); ③ Severe brain and cardiovascular dysfunction; ④ Suspected or diagnosed with immune or neuromuscular diseases; ⑤ Expected extension of mechanical ventilation time after surgery; ⑥ Liver cirrhosis (Child B or C); ⑦ Chronic renal failure with dialysis.
