Objectives of Study：

To explore the possible pathogenesis of sleep disorders in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

老年2型糖尿病合并睡眠障碍肠道菌群分析 正常对照组，不合并2型糖尿病及无睡眠障碍；老年睡眠障碍组，不合并2型糖尿病及存在睡眠障碍；老年2型糖尿病组，合并2型糖尿病及不存在睡眠障碍；老年2型糖尿病合并睡眠障碍组，合并2型糖尿病及存在睡眠障碍。其中2型糖尿病诊断标准为：空腹血糖≥7.0mmol/L;糖化血红蛋白≥6.5%；随机血糖≥11.1mmol/L。

Inclusion criteria

Intestinal flora analysis of elderly type 2 diabetes complicated with sleep disorder Normal control group, no type 2 diabetes and no sleep disorder; The elderly sleep disorder group did not have type 2 diabetes and sleep disorder; The elderly group with type 2 diabetes combined with type 2 diabetes and no sleep disorder; Elderly patients with type 2 diabetes combined with sleep disorders had type 2 diabetes combined with sleep disorders. The diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes were: fasting blood glucose ≥7.0mmol/L; Hemoglobin A1C ≥6.5%; Random blood glucose ≥11.1mmol/L.

排除标准：

老年2型糖尿病合并睡眠障碍肠道菌群分析 1.合并严重的脑卒中后遗症、神经精神疾病或其他器质性脑病；2.合并严重的肝肾功能损害及消化道器质性疾病；3.无法完成相关量表及问卷；4.合并恶性肿瘤或其他疾病的急性期、终末期；5.入组4周前曾服用益生菌制剂或抗生素类药物；6.不签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

Analysis of intestinal flora in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with sleep disorders: 1. Complicated with serious sequelae of stroke, neuropsychiatric disease or other organic encephalopathy; 2. Complicated with severe liver and kidney function damage and organic diseases of digestive tract; 3. Unable to complete relevant scales and questionnaires; 4. Acute or terminal stage combined with malignant tumors or other diseases 5.probiotics or antibiotics were taken 4 weeks before enrollment; 6. Not signing an informed consent form.
