研究目的：

基于自我调节常识模型对肺癌患者疾病感知构建干预方案，并在肺癌胸腔镜患者中应用，从而确定该干预方案对疾病感知、肺功能锻炼依从性、衰弱的效果  

Objectives of Study：

An intervention protocol based on self-regulating common sense model was constructed for disease perception in lung cancer patients, and applied to lung cancer thoracoscopic patients, to determine the effect of this intervention on disease perception, lung function exercise compliance and frailty.

纳入标准：

纳入标准： ①年龄≥18岁 ②术中快速病理结果为肺癌或病理结果确诊为肺癌的患者 ③患者首次选择胸腔镜手术 ④患者沟通表达正常 ⑤经患者及家属知情同意参加研究

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ① Age ≥18 years old ② Patients with rapid intraoperative pathological findings of lung cancer or confirmed pathological findings of lung cancer ③ The patient underwent thoracoscopic surgery for the first time ④ The patient has normal communication and expression ⑤ To participate in the study with the informed consent of the patients and their families

排除标准：

排除标准： ①患者为转移性肿瘤疾病

常规护理＋基于自我调节常识模型的护理干预：总体干预4次，每周1次，院内面对面干预，院外电话干预，干预内容第1次是评估患者状况，现有的健康威胁有哪些（主要是术后症状）并讨论应对方式，并给予健康宣教手册；第2次是关于疾病情况和应对；第3次是情绪表征和应对；第4次是回顾强化
