研究目的：

比较胰腺切除术后血糖升高患者使用每日多次皮下胰岛素注射和持续皮下胰岛素输注调控血糖的疗效及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

Comparison of the efficacy and safety of blood glucose regulation using multiple daily subcutaneous insulin injections and continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion in patients with elevated blood glucose after pancreatectomy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者充分了解本研究，自愿参加并签署知情同意书 （ICF）；
2.年龄 18~75 岁；
3.行胰腺切除术的患者，包括胰十二指肠切除术、胰体 尾切除术、胰腺节段切除、胰头切除；
4.术后从麻醉恢复室转回病房 3 次随机血糖＞12.0 mmol/L；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients are fully informed about the study, participate voluntarily and sign an informed consent form (ICF).
2.Age 18-75 years;
3.Patients undergoing pancreatic resection, including pancreaticoduodenectomy, pancreatic salpingo-oophorectomy, pancreatic segmental resection, pancreatic head resection, and pancreatectomy.
4.Three random postoperative transfers from the anaesthesia recovery unit to the ward with blood glucose >12.0 mmol/L;

排除标准：

1.糖尿病酮症酸中毒急性期、高渗性昏迷急性期；
2.伴有低血容量性休克的患者；
3.评估不适合佩戴胰岛素泵的患者；
4.对皮下输液管或胶布过敏的患者；
5.有严重的心理障碍或精神异常的患者；
6.处于传染期的乙肝、丙肝、梅毒、艾滋病患者；
7.研究者判断，需要使用静脉胰岛素干预的患者；
8.研究者判断，不适宜参加本研究的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Acute phase of diabetic ketoacidosis, acute phase of hyperosmolar coma;
2.Patients with hypovolaemic shock;
3.Evaluating patients unsuitable for insulin pumps;
4.Patients with allergies to subcutaneous tubes or adhesive tape;
5.Patients with severe psychological disorders or psychiatric abnormalities;
6.Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Syphilis, AIDS patients in the infectious stage;
7.Patients requiring intervention with intravenous insulin;
8.Patients who are not suitable to participate in this study;

由项目负责人采用随机数字表法将患者分为 2 组，分别接受 MDI 治疗方案和 CSII 治疗方 案，具体操作程序为：采用 Excel 随机生成 106 个随机数，并按顺序编号为 1~106， 被招募的受试者按入组顺序逐一对应编号；而后将 106 个生成的随机数从小到大进行编序号（随机数相同的按照先手顺序编序号），规定序号 1~53 为 MDI 组， 序号 54~106 为 CSII 组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Patients were divided into 2 groups by the principal investigator using the random number table method to receive the MDI treatment programme and the CSII treatment programme respectively. The specific operation procedure was as follows: 106 random numbers were randomly generated by Excel and sequentially numbered from 1 to 106, and the recruited subjects were numbered according to the order of enrolment one by one; then the 106 random numbers were numbered from smallest to the largest (those with the same number were numbered according to the order of precedence). The 106 generated random numbers were then numbered from smallest to largest (those with the same random numbers were numbered according to the order of precedence), and it was stipulated that serial numbers 1~53 were for the MDI group, and serial numbers 54~106 were for the CSII group.
