探究老年患者气管内喷洒利多卡因对舒芬太尼抑制插管刺激ED95影响  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the ED95 of sufentanil inhibiting cardiovascular responses to tracheal intubation with airway topical lignocaine spray in the elderly

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

需要气管插管年龄65-80岁手术患者 ASA分级 I～III级

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged 65-80 years undergoing surgery requiring tracheal intubation ASA grade I to III

排除标准：

1）、高血压，且基础血压>180mmHg; 2）、困难气道; 3）肥胖（BMI>30kg/m2）; 4)缺血性心脏病；5）局麻药过敏；6）糖尿病伴自主神经紊乱；7）气道高敏反应

Exclusion criteria：

1) hypertention, and basal BP > 180 mmHg; 2), difficult airway; 3) obesity (BMI>30kg/m2); 4) ischemic heart disease; 5) local anesthetic allergy; 6) diabetes associated with autonomic nerve disorder, 7) Airway hyperresponsiveness
