研究目的：

本研究旨在了解孕妇孕期身体活动现状,并基于COM-B模型分析其影响因素,以期为日后制定孕妇身体活动干预措施提供参考依据  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study is to comprehend the current status of physical activity during pregnancy in pregnant women.To analyze the influencing factors based on COM-B model, in order to provide a reference for the development of physical activity intervention measures for pregnant women in the future.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥18岁；单胎妊娠；沟通及阅读能力正常；知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

Age ≥18 years old; Single pregnancy; Normal communication and reading skills; Informed consent.

排除标准：

有孕期身体活动绝对禁忌症者，包括呼吸系统疾病、严重的获得性或先天性心脏病伴运动不耐受、未受控制的或严重的心律失常、未受控制的Ⅰ型糖尿病、胎盘早剥、胎儿宫内生长受限、先兆早产、宫颈功能不全者

Exclusion criteria：

Persons with absolute contraindications to physical activity during pregnancy, including respiratory disease, severe acquired or congenital heart disease with exercise intolerance, uncontrolled or severe arrhythmia, uncontrolled type 1 diabetes, intrauterine growth restriction, threatened preterm birth, and cervical insufficiency
