研究目的：

评估牙髓血管再生术在成人牙根未发育完全恒牙的治疗效果，为牙髓病和根尖周病的治疗方案提供前瞻性研究数据  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the treatment outcomes of regenerative endodontic procedures in treating immature permanent teeth with necrotic pulp in adult patients, so as to provide the prospective data for the treatments of pulpal and periapical diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 年龄≥18岁，(2) 牙髓坏死或根尖周炎的未成熟恒牙，（3）签署治疗同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Participants aged 18 years or older, (2) Immature permanent teeth exhibiting necrotic pulp or apical periodontitis, (3) Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）牙周炎，（2）严重的牙根内外吸收，（3）严重系统性疾病，（4）牙冠严重缺损，无法用橡皮帐隔离。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Teeth with periodontitis, (2) Teeth with radiographic signs of severe root resorption, or root fracture, (3) Patient with significant systemic illness, (4) Teeth that can't be isolated with rubber dam.
