研究目的：

本研究应用美沙拉嗪治疗肥胖腹泻综合征，观察美沙拉嗪的治疗效果，为患者提供更为有效的治疗方案，达到治疗疾病、解除患者痛苦的目的  

Objectives of Study：

This study applies mesalazine to treat obesity-diarrhea syndrome, observes the therapeutic effect of mesalazine, provides patients with more effective treatment plans, and achieves the goal of treating the disease and relieving patient pain.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄18-65岁；2）长期慢性腹泻：符合慢性腹泻的诊断标准；3）肥胖：BMI大于28kg/m2；4）患者常规检查，如血尿便常规、生化、腹部CT、胃肠镜等未见器质性病变；（5）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age range from 18 to 65 years old; 2) Long term chronic diarrhea: meets the diagnostic criteria for chronic diarrhea; 3) Obesity: BMI greater than 28kg/m2; 4) Routine examinations of the patient, such as blood, urine, stool, biochemistry, abdominal CT, gastrointestinal endoscopy, etc., did not show any organic lesions; (5) Sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）患有肠道感染、炎症性肠病、肠易激综合征、吸收不良综合征等明确能够引起腹泻的疾病；（2）曾进行过胆囊切除、胃肠道切除等外科手术的患者；（3）患有严重心肺疾病、肝肾功能不全等疾病，有麻醉禁忌；（4）怀孕或正处于哺乳期的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Suffering from diseases such as intestinal infections, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, and malabsorption syndrome that can clearly cause diarrhea; (2) Patients who have undergone surgical procedures such as cholecystectomy and gastrointestinal resection; (3) Suffering from serious cardiovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, and other diseases, with contraindications for anesthesia; (4) Pregnant or breastfeeding patients.
