研究目的：

1、 明确牙拔除术与药物相关性颌骨坏死的相关性； 2、 探索不同病因的患牙导致的牙拔除术诱发药物相关性颌骨坏死的可能性； 3、 探索牙拔除术诱发的药物相关性颌骨坏死的全身性危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To clarify the correlation between tooth extraction and MRONJ; 2. To explore the risk of MRONJ induced by tooth extractions of different causes; 3. To explore the risk factors of MRONJ.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18岁以上；
2.目前或者既往接受了双膦酸盐类药物、其它抗骨吸收药物（如狄诺塞麦）和抗血管生成药物（如舒尼替尼）等药物的治疗；
3.患牙由于牙体、牙髓、根尖周、牙周疾病无法保留、需要行牙拔除术；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age more than 18 years old;
2.A history of taking antiresorptive agents (bisphosphonates and denosumab) and antiangiogenic agents (e.g. Sunitinib);
3.Tooth extractions of different causes;

排除标准：

1.患者在牙拔除术前已经发生了药物相关性颌骨坏死；
2.任何拔牙禁忌症（急性白血病、严重肝功能不全、血友病、局部的恶性肿瘤等）；
3.患者正在或者既往接受了口腔颌面部的放射治疗；
4.患者因全身其他疾病预期生存期低于半年；
5.患者因个人原因无法按时复诊随访；
6.患者及家属拒绝参加本研究；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Having been diagnosed as MRONJ before extractions;
2.Absolute contraindications of tooth extactions;
3.A history of radiotherapy;
4.Expected to live less than 6 months;
5.Patients who will not follow up on time;
6.Patients who refuse to participate;
