研究目的：

对莫达非尼和扎来普隆的航空安全性和航空特殊环境药效学进行评价  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the aviation safety and special environment pharmacodynamics of modafinil and zaleplon

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1．18 岁≤志愿者年龄≤40 岁；
2．身体健康；
3．空军特色医学中心锻炼员或社会健康青年；
4．志愿者已签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Ages 18-40 years, regardless of gender;
2．Healthy objects;
3. Exerciser in air force characteristic medical centeror or social health youth;
4. Volunteers have signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1．有药物过敏史；
2．支气管哮喘；
3．肝肾功及血常规指标异常；
4．心电图结果异常（ST-T 改变、频发早搏等）；
5．既往心脏彩超结果异常（二尖瓣脱垂等）；
6．其他不能耐受缺氧、过载及低气压等特殊航空环境的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1．With history of drug allergy;
2. With Bronchial asthma;
3. With abnormal liver and kidney function and Blood Routine Indexes;
4. Abnormal ECG results (ST-T changes, frequent premature beats, etc.)
5. Previous abnormal results of color Doppler echocardiography (mitral valve prolapse, etc.)
6. Other situations that can not withstand special aviation environment such as hypoxia, overload and low air pressure.
